Program Analyst

Job Description

Our client is located in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Junior Program Manager/ Program Analyst to support new development and sustaining programs/projects using Program Management tools, processes, and best practices. The candidate will lead, manage, coordinate and support administration and data analysis, along with effective KPI reporting, to ensure the successful execution of plans to meet program objectives.

 

CGP certificate required

This will be a day shift position (100% onsite)

Pay rate will be $31-33/hr. (37 hours per week)

Starting from ASAP (24 months contract)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain SAP Sales Orders and Purchase Orders across multiple warehouse locations.
    • Manage Customer Returns and Retrofits, supporting parts for production line repairs and replacements.
    • Communicate daily with customers regarding delivery status, production line returns, invoicing, and schedule/demand changes.
    • Handle invoicing for all program deliverables, including Recurring (RC) and Non-Recurring (NRC) items.
    • Ensure timely receipt of shipped products in customer systems; manage monthly invoice clearances and escalate unresolved issues.
    • Analyze production needs for Partner Managed Inventory (PMI) based on MPS requirements; lead quarterly audits and manage non-conforming parts workflow.
    • Manage and report on incoming Customer Supplied Parts.
    • Maintain and reconcile On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics across all programs; negotiate alleviations for late deliveries when appropriate.
    • Collect and consolidate program demand data in coordination with customer SMEs to support 5-year Mid-Term Planning (MTP) forecasts.
    • Analyze customer needs for retrofits/returns, recommend solutions, and ensure deliverables are met.
    • Perform SAP contract creation and management; ensure pricing is accurate and up to date.
    • Support audits for sales data and internal controls.
    • Maintain detailed delivery matrices and produce monthly sales reports.
    • Support responses to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for Production Line Repairs.
    • Manage POs in customer portals and ensure PO review sheets align with internal controls.
    • Drive improvements to current processes and support various projects and duties as required by the Sales Administration Manager.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, creativity, and integrity.
