Our Client is looking for a strong Administrative Role in Lancaster/Cornwall area
Will be working from home but may need to go to the office occasionally
This is fulltime starting immediately with one year contract (possible extension)
Pay rate: $28.00/hr.
IFS Duties (IFS is the computerized maintenance management system used by Company. This is similar to SAP used by Imperial Oil and Shell, etc.)
Sets-up project and creates forecasts in IFS
Creates project budget transfers and re-forecasts as required
Creates requisitions for vendors and materials
Creates change orders for purchase orders
Issues material to IFS work orders
Scans and uploads documents (such as field reports, inspection reports, Job Safety Assessments, Job Specific Execution Plans, etc.) to work orders
Creates binders for projects such as purges, In-line Inspections, etc. to ensure a hard copy of the documents is available in the field.
Manages administrative tasks throughout project execution as required by Field Services Supervisor
Schedules meetings, takes meeting minutes and maintains action logs
Organizes and manages documentation, folders, and technical information
Creates and formats documents such as procedures, checklists, forms, etc. for continuous improvement
Compiles and enters data for review by FS supervisors. Data such as tracking lists, projects progress update, budget list, etc.
Sets up and schedules training for field services department
Works with field services to monitor maintenance projects spending and completion
Manages ad-hoc administrative requests from field services supervisors
Takes meeting minutes and prepare department documents as required
Maintains action log
Runs presentation slides
