Type:  Full Time permanent remote
Salary: TBD

Our client is a digital health marketplace bringing an advanced doctor’s office into patients' homes. They provide a secure, cloud-based, turn key platform allowing physicians to quickly and easily launch and operate their own independent virtual clinics

 

About the role

 

Our client is looking for a senior full stack engineer to join their team to help us build out features to support our medical provider and patient flows within our application. You will be one of the early members of the engineering team, and be able to have direct influence on the design and architecture of critical features that will drive the growth of our business.

 

What you will be doing

  • Build scalable features on the entire stack (React frontend, NodeJS backend, PostgreSQL)
  • Deploy code to our instances running on Google Cloud Platform
  • Influence our engineering culture, and the tooling we use
  • Use feedback provided by our medical platform users, and patients to ideate and implement new features 

 Job Requirement

  • Experience using React, and NodeJS to build out full stack web applications (TypeScript knowledge preferred)
  • 5+ years of professional engineering experience, with experience leading product development from ideation to launch 
  • Ability to develop API Endpoints with security and best practices in mind
  • Thoughtful about UI/UX and skilled at communicating those thoughts in a positive, collaborative way
  • A passion for collaboration, and a desire to learn, teach, and grow beyond the current edges of your skills
  • Motivated by the technical challenge of building health technology, and excited about the space and product
