Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer of grease and oil. They are looking for an experienced Office manager to add to their team.

Position: Office Manager

Location: Islington/Queensway

Permanent position after 3 months of probation

Payrate: DOE ($28.00 per hour to $35.00 per hour to start)

DUTIES

Demonstrate the ability to supervise the work of subordinate office staff.

Demonstrate the ability to oversee smooth running of the office.

Demonstrate ability to supervise and motivate subordinate staff

Demonstrate the ability to oversee issues related to staff discipline, and other union related concerns.

Requirements

Must have good communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or relevant experience.

Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Manufacturing background is a must
