Job Description

Project Support - document control and admin work

  • Manage, organize and maintain documents on common drive, on IFS and One Drive
  • Ensure all controlled project documentation is current
  • Archive inactive records when maps, survey documents, target sheets, schedules, etc. are revised
  • Maintain and update tracking logs for change orders and permits
  • Assist in auditing IFS to ensure all field documents and permits are on IFS
  • Assist in writing new processes
  • Provide admin support to the team
  • Take meeting minutes and issue them
  • Assist with compiling information from different individuals then putting Power Point Presentations together


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Team Player
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills – particularly in Excel and Word
  • Reporting to Supervisor, Maintenance & Planning
  • Location – Richmond Hill office
  • Hours 8:30-4:30. Some flexibility
