Job Description

Our client is a recognized  leader in providing nuclear safety-related components, testing, qualification, and dedication services.  They supply a wide range of engineered products and services to the worldwide nuclear power industry and they are looking to hire for an experienced Document Controller.

Location :Newmarket area.

Payrate : $20.00 + Based on Experience

Duration : Temp to Perm after 3 month probation

 DUTIES

-administration duties

-assisting with scanning, photocopying

-customer service

-handling engineering documents

-Any clerical duties as requested

-SOME RECEPTION DUTIES

 

 

Requirements

 

-Must have at least 3-5 years experience working within an office environment

-Able to work independently

-Able to work with a team

-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word etc.)

-Must have excellent organizational skills

-Must have good attitude and able to take direction

-experience working with engineering documents would be an asset
