Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Montreal / Lasalle QC.

Type; Full Time, Permanent

Salary:  TBD

Working Hours: – Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm - Ville Lasalle

Vacation

  • After 1 year of service employee entitled to 2 weeks with 4% vacation accrual.
  • After 3 years of service employee entitled to 3 weeks with 6% vacation accumulation
  • Personal days are earned 1 per year of service up to 5 personal days.

About

Our client is an established and highly regarded electrical company in Montreal. We are looking for a bilingual, passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to be the company's primary point of contact for current and future customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • The successful hire will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
  • Work with schedules and availability of electrician to dispatch
  • Process point of sale invoices
  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • A call script shall be provided in order to assist the successful hire when servicing customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service
  • Experience with operating schedules.
  • Strong communication skills – Both in French & English – written and spoken
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – comfortable to learn in house basic software
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Team oriented
