Our client is a well established successful and growing company that prides itself on being one of the premier food brokers in Canada. They are very busy and so they are looking to hire for Customer Service Team Leader to work out of their office.

Location: Leslie & Hwy 7 in Richmond Hill, On

Shift-Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Pay Range-$50-$55K

THIS IS A FULL TIME DIRECT PERMANENT HIRE WITH CLIENT

 This person will be responsible for the following Duties :

  • Supervise the Customer Service Team of 1 to ensure all daily tasks are completed
  • To provide exceptional customer service support to distributors, clients staff
  • Process orders via phone, Itrade and e-mail
  • Handle warehouse, customer and logistics inquires
  • Supply order release numbers to distributors and carriers
  • Book transportation for outbound orders
  • Communicate all shortages to distributors
  • Involved in special projects when needed
Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of food distribution network but not mandatory
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Strong knowledge of products sold
  • Positive attitude towards life, work and people
  • Able to work independently
  • Outgoing and mature
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Well organized, punctual and reliable
  • A team player
