Job Description	Our client is a world leading supplier of vinyl sidings for home exteriors. They also provide vinyl sidings to Rona, Costco and Home Depot. They are rapidly growing and so they are looking to hire 2 Customer Service Representative on a full time permanent basis. Location-James Snow Parkway & 401 in Milton, ON Shift-Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week) Pay Rate-$24.03 per hour to start (full time permanent guarantee after 3 months with pay increase) Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text Entering sales orders, responding to customer concerns and processing returns Managing customer accounts as assigned Determine opportunities for new sales Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines
