Job Description


One of our clients in the Electrical Industry in Montreal is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.


Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Montreal, Quebec

Type; Full Time, permanent

Remote: No (In office)


Job responsibilities

  • The successful hire will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
  • Work with schedules and availability of electrician to dispatch
  • Process point of sale invoices
  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • A call script shall be provided in order to assist the successful hire when servicing


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Experience with operating schedules
  • Strong communication skills – Both in French & English – written and spoken
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – comfortable to learn in house basic software
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Team oriented
