Job Description |
- Manage all COVID related employee phone calls and absences.
- Maintain and track COVID absences
- Provide Wellness initiatives including quarterly health related workshops and clinics
- Maintain statistical data and produce related internal reports
- Participate on the Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Assess health related training needs and implement relevant training programs
- Maintain the Emergency Response System which currently includes an internal 'Code Red' plan and strategically placed emergency response stations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements |
- College diploma, plus a minimum 3 years’ experience in an occupational health & safety and/or HR administration position.
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive conversations and information
- Must have current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong PC skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability and experience developing and presenting training programs
- Candidates must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP
