Who We Are Looking For

Anti-drone technology market is expanding worldwide to provide security against the increasing threat of rouge drones/UAVs. We are looking for a candidate that can help us grow our business in North America and manage new client relationships.

 

The Business Development Manager (North America) will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and maximizing sales revenue in North America for our product lines. The candidate's work will focus on establishing business relationships with dealers/partners and anti-drone integrators (B2B) and in the government and public sectors (B2G). He/she will be responsible for closing the business deals and meeting the sales targets in the target region. Our environment is fast-paced with constantly changing priorities and continuous opportunities to learn and grow. The candidate must be agile, adjust quickly and be able to travel globally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and ventures that are consistent with client's product line
  • Establish and maintain relationships with dealer/partners and key decision makers
  • Promoting our products and profit-sharing strategies to prospective clients
  • Meeting the yearly sales targets by successfully closing the business deals
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior business executives and government officials for prospective business and partnership creation
  • Conduct market research with the sales and marketing team and make strategic business development plans

 Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven work experience in B2B sales (preferably in the security and defence industry)
  • Proven experience in securing business opportunities, contract negotiation and closing business deals in North America
  • Good understanding of high-tech product sales in North America
  • Strong contact network for B2B and B2G sales in North America.
  • Excellent strategic analysis, problem-solving and marketing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation and skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks; follow company policies, and work independently in an organized way
  • Eligible to travel globally
  • Speaking French/German/Spanish is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
