We are looking for an individual with a winning attitude and a passion for selling.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, secure and manage new clients
- Able to grow our present clients
- Renew and review existing contract agreements
- Research and fully understand our present client base, products and the manufacturing processes
- Meet with the people responsible for making hiring decisions and offer our complete range of services
- Prepare responses to RFPs
- Prepare customized Power Point presentations for prospective clients
- Working closely with the recruiting team, reviewing candidates submitted to job orders as a final screening
- Bring new methods and up-to-date sales approaches.#CB

Requirements |
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of solid sales experience in the staffing industry
- A bachelors in commerce or equivalent in experience
- Familiar with the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of Employment Laws and Provincial Health and Safety policies.
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Tenacious, results-oriented and belief in meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, team oriented, high energy, driven and enthusiastic
